Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to the approval of your prescription and availability of stock.
We use tracked, discreet postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our legal obligations.
